Over the past week I’ve tried my hardest to spend all my time discussing the important issues with the great students of Loughborough. I’ve had unmeasurable fun in doing so and hope that the fantastic people I’ve met say hello to me when you all see me and have a chat. For many of you I’ve not been able to get time to talk with you personally but if elected I will have a full year to listen to each and every one of your views and ideas and then look into implementing them. The views I have shared in my manifesto are all things that, win or lose, I feel should be implemented next year and I will try my hardest to have them enforced; however you can all make this easier. I understand the offence some of you have taken from the campaign and realise that if I do win the election I may not have your confidence as a leader and representative of the union, having said this, it’s vitally important that you understand I have nothing but the best interests of the people at heart and always strive toward a fair resolution of issues and unbiased approach toward everyone from all backgrounds and views.
I know many of you have enjoyed the satire I’ve presented this week, as have I, for those that haven’t I can only apologise and say that I do in fact have all your interests at the forefront of my mind.
Thank you for reading this message and I hope you all vote for someone in the elections as it’s important you each have your say.
